GSL 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your GSL purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
• You must provide your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

GSL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
